What are we looking for?


  1. You have done the work (e.g., set up campaigns (i.e., LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) in marketing platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce). You got know your s&#!
  2. Sense of curiosity - Why is something not working? Why did it work? How can I find new ways of doing things? What new tech or method can I use?
  3. Storytelling - you are great at communicating your demand generate strategy, your plan, and the results you will achieve. You will own the majority of the funds, so you need to explain the “why” and “how” in a way that non-marketers understand.


A day in the life of our Demand Gen Director includes:


  • Develop demand generation strategy and tactical campaigns to inform future strategy. You need to have excellent knowledge (and executed in the past) of various channels and understand how they may work best together and how it all comes together within martech (ie HubSpot, 6Sense, Agency).
  • Convert strategy into plans, budgets, schedules, scope, expected ROI, and embedded “learning” from previous campaigns.
  • Run experiments and optimize HIVERY’s variety of channels and digital marketing tactics working with other marketing teams to inform what to scale and what to stop
  • Work always to ask: Which campaign, channel, assets, or creative is working? Where should I re-invest? What Insights can be drawn? How can I optimize my experiments to my goals (i.e., Lead -> MLQ -> SAL -> Bookings -> Revenue)?
  • Where should a optimize generating demand (i.e., trade shows, events, search, and paid media) -> converting demand -> (e.g., lead scoring, nurture, routing, SDR, booking capture)
  • Closely partner with sales, SDR, and customer success to develop account-based programs that open new and expansion opportunities with high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Working closely with Marketing VP (and other members) to refine content and lead generation strategies
  • Keep abreast of the latest approaches and technologies and test to bring our marketing vision to life faster.


The things you'll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation role, specifically in Business to Business (B2B)
  • Proven SaaS / Tech role experience
  • Very good experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Other ABM and marketing software (i.e., 6Sense, Google Optimize, Analytics, SEMrush))
  • Ability to learn new technology and software.
  • Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and self-motivation.
  • Have been accountable for experimental budget, optimization, testing, analysis, and Return on Investment (ROI) across all channels and campaigns.
