How will you make an impact?  


As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be critical in HIVERY's journey of building out the sales function and the sales capability across the team. It is a gig that best serves those looking to fulfill their full potential in a sales execution and leadership role, by leveraging their natural genius when it comes to successfully turning data and insights into executable sales processes. It’s an exciting role that will see you: 


  • Work cross-functionally to develop strategic short and long-term plans to implement and enhance sales and go-to-market systems and processes in support of critical business initiatives 
  • Support functional leaders in the optimization of the sales process, including recognizing trends in data and refining operational models in support of business initiatives  
  • Own and manage the CRM processes and sales performance reporting, including developing policies to ensure data quality as needed 
  • As the owner of the HIVERY sales tech stack, you will be responsible for evaluating new sales technology vendors and managing the infrastructure
  • Train new and existing sales team members on and best practice processes to leverage KPI reporting, as well as new sales technology that we adopt in the future
  • Collaborate with finance on sales compensation plans, SPIFF plans, and administration 
  • Support team leaders in redefining sales territories as needed 
  • Travel, as required, to support sales team training and company events. 



Are you the Sales Operations master we’re looking for? The answer is HELL YEAH if you have; 


  • A passion for teamwork and enabling teams to deliver at their best 
  • Experience in sales process analysis and applications to grow sales at a high growth SaaS company 
  • A demonstrated proficiency in using and managing CRM and Marketing Automation solutions, specifically admin experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data from a variety of sources, identify trends, and present results as a clear story 
  • Strong process design, project management, and training skills geared toward maximizing the efficiency of the sales team. 
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills 
  • A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce Administration and Sales Ops experience.  
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred)
