Wanted: Data Wrangler and customer service enthusiast!
We are placing the power into your hands, literally, as Data Operations Analyst and subsequent vessel for world-class customer service and user experience.
You will be onboarding customers to our AI-driven company products, ensuring customers get maximum value by working collaboratively with them on data quality, developing internal and external reporting and data visualisations.
You will be the expert on the customer’s data!
Let’s get into the details…
The role is broad as it is wide, from managing client data across queries, managing customer requirements, dealing with technical issues, researching those issues to determine the source and identify solutions to enhance data quality.
You are also there to educate and ensure all teams across the business understand any quality issues, implementing training where necessary. You’ll also be managing complex data analysis projects, serving as a technical lead and understanding business problems and opportunities in the context of the data requirements in order to recommend solutions that help drive the business forward.
You should be a master of data trends and patterns to inform that business decision-making, and support departmental needs for ad hoc reporting as well as consulting with the product teams to create a world class customer experience.
