How will you make an impact? 


As a Product Owner, you will help to define and own the product roadmap for a portion of Hivery’s Product Portfolio. We need a strong candidate to make sure it's aligned with the business strategy and client/stakeholder needs and clearly communicated to all of Hivery. We are also looking for someone to: 


    • Assist in the successful execution and delivery of the product roadmap through effective collaboration with the technology, UX/UI, and business teams.
    • Enable an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the product successfully fulfills customers needs via detailed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Drive key initiatives around product development including the roadmap, strategy, and process improvements.
    • Perform product discovery to understand and articulate the value of features and present the business case to relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide input into product prioritization efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the development team to develop a view on features to prioritise.
    • Collaborate with end users, sales, and client services team to understand customer requirements. Review and assess the product roadmap as it relates to current and future customer requirements.
    • Write detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories for product development.
    • Work closely within a cross-functional team to understand technical complexity, ensuring quality deliverables within agreed timeframes.
    • Develop, track, and report key product and process KPIs to stakeholders.
    • Drive a continuous feedback loop for the product development to learn, iterate, and improve.
    • Raise the bar on performance by setting clear goals and expectations, managing deliverables and holding accountability with regards to product development.
    • Provide input into HIVERY’s strategic roadmap across products, operations, technology, and data science.


    Qualifications:

    • 5-8 years of experience in the Product field
    • Ability to guide a cross-functional team and partner with stakeholders
    • Experience with client discovery, engagement with SMEs and senior stakeholders
