What it Means to be a P&C Business Partner within HIVERY

Being a People & Culture Business Partner with HIVERY means working closely with the Head of People & Culture in Australia and the Chief Revenue Officer in North America to provide end-to-end P&C  support to our rapidly growing Sales and Client Services team, as well as developing meaningful, fit for purpose,  scalable P&C  practices. Creating an extraordinary HIVERY employee and customer experience, through  a culture that is high engagement, high learning, high growth. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

You will have ownership of;

• End to end recruitment in a high growth environment, including identifying and managing agency partners/vendors  
• End to end BAU operational P&C support, including scheduling and facilitating onboarding, training, overseeing aspects of payroll, facilitating reviews etc 

Working closely with the Head of P&C in Australia to;

• Build P&C processes to scale, with the aim of streamlining and automating globally 
• Refine recruitment and onboarding processes using the global HRIS (BambooHR) and outsourced payroll to systemise and automate
• Develop and implement talent acquisition & retention strategies
• Facilitate learning opportunities locally and globally; lunch and learns, leadership development workshops etc 
• Support the business with internal and external communication channels (EX and CX)
• Foster HIVERY’s innovative culture by bringing our values to life in everyday practice 
• Work closely with the business to ensure the wellbeing of our people working remotely across North America, is front and centre 

What You Will Need to be Successful 

You will need to enjoy being hands on and passionate about delivering measurable results. At HIVERY we operate differently from the larger corporates. We’re less about traditional policies, procedures and frameworks, and more about developing meaningful, fit for purpose, scalable  P&C practices that fuel our employee and customer experience in a high growth high critical delivery environment. 

• Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment
• 3-4+ years P&C / General HR experience 
• Hands on end-to-end recruitment experience 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline 
• Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity
• Be a people person, with high energy, high passion 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Strong influencing skills, instigating positive change 
• Inspiring those around you to bring their best and be their best
